Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their mental health status, history, and treatment goals using structured assessments and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic plans that encompass various evidence-based methods, ensuring that all interventions align with best practice standards for mental health care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions while employing culturally responsive techniques to address diverse client backgrounds.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EHR system, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed based on outcome evaluations.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers and resources, such as psychiatrists or support groups, to promote comprehensive care and recovery.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities, including attending workshops and participating in team meetings.

• Develop crisis intervention plans and respond effectively to emergency situations involving clients, ensuring a calm and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. Our patients often include those experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues, as well as those dealing with relational challenges or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
