Key Responsibilities\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successfully engaging with clients in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
