Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavior management guidelines.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies collaboratively with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Participating in the facilitation of positive behavior support plans across interdisciplinary teams and programs.

• Building and nurturing relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as community partners, to foster collaboration and resource sharing.

• Actively engaging in personal and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings in your area of expertise.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of our services.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate on treatment goals.

Preferred Experience\n
