Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations and ongoing sessions, using validated assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing techniques that incorporate cultural competence and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will involve a diverse range of clients presenting with various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. We value an inclusive approach; thus, you will work with individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, emphasizing sensitivity and relatability in therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a capacity to work effectively with a range of mental health issues.

• Sound knowledge of mental health disorders, and familiarity with best practices in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficient experience offering both individual and group therapy using inclusive techniques tailored to the client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
