Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Medford, Oregon or anywhere else in the state with a stable internet connection. You will create a comfortable and confidential workspace to meet with clients virtually, using modern telehealth technology. Our operational hours are established as Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet flexible schedule that respects work-life balance. You will not be required to be on call, giving you time to focus on the quality of care you provide.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate your clients' mental health needs, including reviewing their substance abuse history.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based therapeutic approaches, helping clients develop coping skills and overcome challenges.

• Engage with your treatment team to ensure that care plans are integrated and align with best practices in mental health support, participating in regular interdisciplinary meetings.

• Provide education and support for clients' families, encouraging their participation in the recovery process and helping them to understand their loved one's mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adolescents and young adults. You will utilize your skills to create a safe space for clients expressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our focus on low acuity clients allows you to concentrate on fostering personal growth and resilience through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent professional credential.

• Demonstrated experience, a minimum of two years, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including digital communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for virtual client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary offered ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with level of experience.
