Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes within 24 hours to support continuity of care.

• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights for collaborative treatment approaches, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

• Ensure organized and thorough maintenance of client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
