Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to identify client treatment needs and develop diagnostic formulations using the DSM-5 standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake sessions and complete an Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment to address mental health complexities.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate standard practice guidelines and evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic services utilizing various models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques.

• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to develop cross-system treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate assessments and interventions to ensure clients receive timely and effective care.

• Provide training and education on clinical topics to enhance team knowledge and community awareness around mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support mothers and their families, addressing issues related to mental health, family dynamics, and socioeconomic barriers. You will work closely with clients facing diverse challenges, providing them with the tools and support necessary for improved emotional well-being and overall health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of an independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining high-quality client interactions.
