Utilizing trauma-informed approaches, you will assist clients in coping with their challenges, guiding them through crises, and fostering resilience as you teach healthy communication and coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults through telehealth platforms.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients and their families to assess progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), to develop holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and legal standards.

• Engage with clinical leadership to evaluate and enhance clinical procedures, ensuring the delivery of optimal patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse array of clients, which includes children, teenagers, and young adults from various backgrounds. Many clients may present with unique mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help guide them toward recovery, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches that leverage strengths and address specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active License to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in unsupervised psychotherapy treatment is essential.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT.

• Prior experience in telehealth service delivery is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing client relationships.
