Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver training and educational sessions on clinical topics to enhance knowledge among team members and community professionals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of initial client treatment needs, formulating diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-V standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake sessions, completing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to guide treatment planning.
\n
• Develop detailed, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, incorporating current best practices.
\n
• Provide therapy and supportive counseling utilizing therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief interventions.

• Supervise and mentor Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, offering clinical oversight to ensure high-quality treatment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create cross-system care plans for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, assessing patients' needs and coordinating additional services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes working with diverse clients, particularly mothers and individuals from underserved communities, who often face unique challenges in accessing mental health support. You will help navigate the complexities of mental health issues, addressing various diagnoses and presenting concerns to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong communication skills in electronic mail and familiarity with Windows applications.

• Knowledge and experience with co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
