Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing flexibility for both counselors and patients. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing a culturally sensitive approach to gain an understanding of each patient’s unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the cultural and personal backgrounds of patients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, focusing on addressing a range of mental health concerns while promoting resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective assistance to those in need.

• Educate patients and family members about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to enhance overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using established electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
