Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health needs to create personalized, effective treatment plans tailored to individual challenges.

• Implement diverse evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to effectively address client concerns.

• Guide clients in developing practical coping strategies for managing their mental health challenges and enhancing their quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. You will bring sensitivity and expertise to your interactions with clients who may experience issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or co-occurring disorders. Your ability to connect can significantly enhance their therapeutic experience, yielding positive outcomes for their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated expertise in working with varied populations.

• Familiarity with remote counseling practices and methodologies pertinent to child, adolescent, and adult development.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in providing therapy via telehealth platforms.

• Experience and comfort in addressing co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Strong ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele from different cultural, economic, and social backgrounds.

• Certifications in therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, or Military and Trauma Certification are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our therapists and offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience and client caseload.
