Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and a therapeutic relationship with clients remotely.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach when dealing with clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy sessions and maintain thorough documentation remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
