This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to design your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will engage with clients through secure live video sessions in a telehealth format, which allows you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. Our collaborative approach ensures that you will have access to support and consultation from fellow mental health professionals within our community health clinic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, providing evidence-based care to adults facing mental health concerns.

• Utilize automated self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to adapt treatment plans based on individual client needs and progress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other therapists and psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy with corresponding licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
