Work Environment\n

This position will be fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy and support from anywhere in Colorado. The work schedule generally spans Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our clients. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with patients through virtual consultations, ensuring continuity of care regardless of geographic barriers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally informed, allowing you to understand each patient's unique experiences and perspectives for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, adapted to the cultural contexts and individual circumstances of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated support to patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention strategies to patients facing mental health emergencies, effectively managing the situation and providing necessary support.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, using established Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training, contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.

• Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and culturally diverse treatment methodologies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
