Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to individuals, families, and groups, adapting your approach to suit diverse client needs.

• Conduct assessments in crises to determine the urgency of needs and coordinate appropriate interventions.

• Provide training and education on relevant clinical topics to fellow team members and community stakeholders as required.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) to formulate mental health diagnoses accurately.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans while employing therapeutic models, including behavior modification and brief therapy.

• Maintain client progress records through electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards.

• Supervise and mentor mental health workers and therapy assistants, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

• Employ a collaborative approach to develop cross-system treatment plans with other service providers in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
