Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses based on the DSM-5 standards.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies, ensuring each client receives individualized care.

• Utilize various therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy, to facilitate meaningful therapeutic sessions with clients.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, promoting professional development and enhancing service delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and maximizing resources for clients.
\n
• Deliver therapy services to individuals, families, groups, or communities, adapting interventions to meet diverse needs.
\n
• Quickly assess crisis situations, determining the urgency of clients’ needs while providing immediate intervention and connecting them with appropriate services.

• Lead educational sessions and training on clinical topics for team members and community stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Perform intake assessments, including the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment, to evaluate clients with complex or multiple diagnoses effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is strongly preferred.

• An independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records and communication via electronic mail, coupled with competent computer skills in Windows applications.
