Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through secure video calls to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, adjusting techniques to best meet client needs.

• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback during regular therapy sessions.

• Utilize virtual tools to conduct mental health screenings, supporting clients in identifying areas for growth and treatment needs.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and resources to enhance client care.

• Contribute to the improvement and effectiveness of practice operations by participating in team meetings and undertaking additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, including co-occurring disorders. You will utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and recovery, ensuring that each client’s unique needs and goals are prioritized in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

• An active professional license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Knowledge of current counseling theories, techniques, and best practices relevant to various mental health issues.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and practices within mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling to individuals and groups facing diverse challenges, including substance abuse and behavioral health issues, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
