Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and evidence-based therapy strategies tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing an array of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to create comprehensive treatment plans and provide holistic client care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health trends and evidence-based practices, which ultimately enhances client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to work with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Summit Psychotherapy Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with generous performance-based bonuses.
