Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Provide group, individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that are grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Summit Psychotherapy Health Clinic offers an attractive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses. As part of our commitment to our staff, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous sign-on bonus, flexible work schedules (Monday to Friday for full-time, Monday to Saturday for part-time), and opportunities for professional development.
