Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring high standards of care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic techniques to effectively address client challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and comprehensive care, leveraging individuals' unique strengths and circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
