Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to deliver individualized and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing your expertise to ensure holistic care and effective communication among team members.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience post-licensure.
