Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to ascertain client needs, developing tailored therapeutic plans that meet diverse requirements.

• Facilitate individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to keep abreast of the latest trends and findings in mental health research.

• Utilize our administrative support systems for effective case management and to minimize your workload concerning billing and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for therapeutic practice.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California, allowing you to practice in this state.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, with demonstrated competency in applying therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a signing bonus.
