Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, with the option to extend services to couples and family therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date, ethical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in optional peer consultation sessions, continuing education units (CEUs), and other professional development resources offered by Hollow Bay Wellness.

• Establish and sustain therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, cultural competence, and nonjudgment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Your holistic approach to therapy will empower clients to embark on their journey toward recovery and self-discovery, promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted LPCC license in California, in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients and manage various mental health concerns.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing digital therapeutic tools and software, including EHR systems and secure video conferencing platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
