Our cutting-edge telehealth technology enables you to deliver high-quality therapy sessions that can be conducted through secure video conferencing or traditional face-to-face meetings, depending on client needs and preferences. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions through telehealth channels or in a community setting, adapting to the client's needs and comfort levels.

• Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by the collaborative development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address a range of client goals.

• Keep clear and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance skills and collaboration among team members.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
