Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, utilizing audio, video, and messaging tools to facilitate effective communication.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic techniques as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Engage clients in various therapeutic modalities for issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief.

• Utilize comprehensive clinical documentation tools for maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adult clients. This population may struggle with mild to moderate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship problems, and grief. Importantly, our platform does not involve cases with children or severe mental health conditions, allowing you to work with clients who are manageable and ready for meaningful therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Valid and full LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in California without any disciplinary actions.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for remote interactions with clients.

• Available or established reliable internet connection and personal computer; tablets are not supported for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling is advantageous, but training will be provided for those new to virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time LPCC at South Pine Counseling Center, you will enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and well-being.
