Our team operates on a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, granting you the autonomy to manage your appointments and workflow. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions, which may include individual, couples, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate effectively with other multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision, peer consultations, and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and promote continuous learning among colleagues.

• Adhere stringently to all legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Qualifications\n
