Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic team. You will participate in a structured work schedule, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to plan your days effectively. Despite being remote, we foster a strong team atmosphere through regular virtual meetings, training sessions, and collegial support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, ensuring that therapy approaches are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record system.

• Assist clients in navigating the resources available to them, including connecting them with community services, advocacy programs, and additional mental health supports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at People Concern Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population of clients seeking support for various psychological and emotional issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, and may include individuals dealing with high-stress situations, relationship challenges, or mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their therapeutic journey, providing a safe space for exploring their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong experience with telehealth platforms and effective communication skills, comfortable in utilizing technology for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
