Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, cultivating rapport, and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment modalities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) status.

• Five or more years of experience in clinical outpatient settings post-graduate.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and electronic health record systems.
