Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Goodwell Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy based on client requirements.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive client care and holistic treatment approaches.
