Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans while collaborating with clinical teams to develop crisis plans and positive behavior support strategies.

• Timely completion of required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all client records are maintained comprehensively.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by our clinical methodologies to assess patient needs accurately.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to implement effective behavior support strategies that encourage positive outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating adherence to best practices in mental health services.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, fostering relationships with state agencies and community partners for holistic client care.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to cultivate advocacy opportunities, secure potential alliances, and enhance program visibility.

• Pursue professional and personal development opportunities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote the mission and values of Empath Behavioral Services internally and within the community, championing mental health awareness and advocacy.

• Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties as required to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LPCC license in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
