This position is primarily remote, allowing for the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions via secure digital platforms. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Newport Beach, California, our outpatient office also serves as a hub for collaboration and connection among our team members. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a well-balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological well-being of clients, tailoring treatment plans to align with individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address a spectrum of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, promoting self-reflection, effective coping strategies, and healthy interpersonal relationships.

• Monitor client progress and adherence to recommended treatments, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Document client symptoms, treatment plans, and responses to interventions over time to evaluate effectiveness and make informed clinical decisions.

• Prepare comprehensive clinical notes and referral documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices for mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families. Compensation and Benefits\n
