Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Proto-Call, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintaining regular communication with supervisors, care teams, family members, and other stakeholders about patient progress to ensure cohesive treatment outcomes.

• Organizing a tentative schedule for your patient appointments, home visits, and follow-up observations, thereby monitoring the effectiveness of your therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinating essential home visits that adhere to protocol, including chart reviews and staff interviews, to provide thorough oversight of treatment plans.
\n
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for complex cases, and collaborating on treatment objectives.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress through detailed monthly and quarterly evaluations to track patient growth and inform future interventions.
\n
• Providing ongoing training and certification for team members to ensure competency in program plan implementation and documentation practices.
\n
• Acting as a liaison within the broader mental health community to promote awareness and support for our development goals.

• Creating and refining training materials that enhance our service offerings and improve patient care procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the LPCC position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
