Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments to gauge the mental health needs of clients.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Provide engaging psychotherapy services to individuals, with opportunities to work with couples or families based on your expertise and interests.

• Document therapeutic interventions and progress meticulously, following ethical, legal, and professional standards to ensure compliance.

• Participate in optional peer consultation sessions and interdisciplinary team meetings to foster professional growth and clinical improvement.

• Stay current with all regulations set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and complete necessary continuing education requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
