Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to review progress, address barriers, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment recommendations and engage clients effectively.

• Participate in regular one-on-one supervision for professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and external resources, to ensure holistic client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on a youthful demographic, dealing with a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
