This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing the structure needed for effective team collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing assessments to ascertain and meet the diverse needs of patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate effective communication among supervisors, caregivers, and team members regarding progress and treatment adjustments, ensuring coordinated care.
\n
• Develop and propose a tentative schedule of client appointments, home visits, and clinical observations to monitor therapeutic progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
\n
• Coordinate home visits, including in-depth observations, thorough chart reviews, and staff interviews to enrich clinical insights and assessment.
\n
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, ensuring adherence to program objectives while adapting to patient progress and feedback.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute insights to further enrich collaborative treatment approaches.
\n
• Document clinical interventions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes meticulously to maintain accurate records for review and ongoing assessment.
\n
• Organize training sessions to certify staff and team members on implementing program plans effectively.
\n
• Provide continuous support through follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations tailored to the needs of each individual.

• Serve as a liaison with the mental health community, enhancing relationships and partnerships that support developmental goals.

• Assist in the creation of training materials and procedures aimed at improving individual programs and enhancing overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes adults and youth who face a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. This eclectic caseload allows for the exploration of different treatment modalities, including family and couples therapy, fostering an inclusive approach that respects the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technological tools.
