Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Valley Point, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients and building rapport through effective therapeutic relationships that respect professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, review treatment plans, and make appropriate adjustments, including discharge when applicable.

• Developing, implementing, and revising individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Documenting detailed notes and progress assessments for each client in compliance with agency standards.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Engaging in one-on-one sessions weekly and participating in individual supervision for professional development.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• Currently valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
