Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique mental health needs of each client, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the most appropriate treatment plans for clients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.

• Documentation is key: maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust techniques accordingly.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and planning sessions to coordinate efforts and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive compensation range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
