Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPCC, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions for young adults, where clients can share their experiences, support each other, and learn invaluable skills for coping with their mental health challenges.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment and develop tailored coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, needs, and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track client progress using evidence-based tools, ensuring that adjustments are made to treatment plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians, to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety. We serve clients through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering a supportive and structured environment focused on their specific needs. Your insights and interventions will make a substantial difference in their journeys to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Required Licensure: Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field required.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapies including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings, demonstrating an understanding of the complexities of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
