Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, across a range of mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to obtain a thorough understanding of each client's unique context.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate harmoniously with a team of dedicated clinical professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care.

• Engage actively in clinical supervision, peer consultations, and team meetings aimed at continuous professional development and client care enhancement.

• Adhere strictly to legal and ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse caseload, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active California LPCC license in good standing.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, with a proven track record in therapeutic practice.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT.

• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with advanced clinical judgment and cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide full administrative support, including billing, scheduling, and insurance handling, allowing counselors to focus on client care.
