Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Goodwell Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Participate in regular professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
