This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing critical mental health services in a Hospice Center setting in West Mclean, Virginia. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in delivering psychotherapy and counseling, facilitating healing and recovery for diverse client populations.

Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while committing to our clients' well-being. Our team operates within a structured environment, allowing for full support and collaboration among professionals dedicated to creating an inclusive and productive atmosphere. Our work hours span from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, ensuring work-life balance is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, couple, or family therapy sessions to address a variety of psychological issues.
\n
• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather and assess relevant social, personal, environmental, and health histories.
\n
• Evaluating client needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis management and referral to community resources.
\n
• Building and maintaining respectful, trusting relationships with clients to support their therapeutic journey.
\n
• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of treatment and making necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and ensuring timely updates to case records.
\n
• Managing a designated caseload of clients while maintaining adherence to organizational standards.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to program development as designated by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include individuals coping with a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction issues, grief, and relationship conflicts. By providing compassionate support, you will help them navigate their struggles, fostering resilience and growth in a safe and trusting environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following skills will be viewed favorably:

• A minimum of four years of experience in social work or related mental health fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, the position is eligible for a sign-on bonus as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
