This is a remote position primarily focused on serving school-aged clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessment and diagnosis for clients of varying ages, focusing on individual and couples therapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, document progress notes, and adhere to prescribed timelines for record-keeping.
\n
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, making sure your calendar reflects timely updates to facilitate client accessibility.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers and educational staff to ensure holistic client care and well-rounded support.
\n
• Promote wellness and resilience by offering coping strategies and resources for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily engages with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship difficulties. We seek a LCSW who is empathetic to the unique challenges faced by this demographic and is devoted to helping them thrive emotionally and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure, allowing independent practice within the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated professionalism alongside exemplary therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and a passion for client-centric care.

• Ability to manage a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples or groups is highly desirable.

• A background in school systems or youth counseling would be an asset, given the unique client population we serve.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and billing services is a plus as we utilize these systems for efficient practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our new team member will receive:
