Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on vulnerable populations experiencing severe mental health issues and emotional disturbances. You will work with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other states of emotional distress. Your expertise will not only contribute to their rehabilitation but also empower them to reclaim their personal agency and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
\n
• At least two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in mental health settings.

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment approaches, and crisis intervention.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
