Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ensure a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique goals and incorporate individual cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group contexts.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments to improve overall patient care.

• Stay informed on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continuously enhance clinical practice.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Family and Kids Behavioral Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 84,000 based on experience and qualifications.
