Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients in developing individualized treatment strategies that align with their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Offer crisis intervention services, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients in acute distress receive immediate and effective care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, imparting essential skills and resources for self-management and ongoing care.

• Engage as a member of a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Monitor treatment outcomes through regular evaluations to assess efficacy and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications\n
