Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health status, strengths, and challenges, assisting in the development of personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that articulate specific goals and interventions for each client.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive and integrated care management for each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety and support stability.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the quality improvement processes of the clinic.

• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to foster community support and shared healing experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of hiring milestones.
