Work Environment\n

This is a remote full-time position allowing flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining a commitment to community service. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs and scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to achieve client goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage with clients in both office settings and community environments to enhance accessibility and reduce barriers to care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

This position primarily focuses on serving individuals who face significant challenges, including major mental illness, trauma effects, and other severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
