Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect vital information about clients' mental health concerns and resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to enhance clients' understanding of their mental health and recovery strategies.

• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients in the detoxification and recovery process, many of whom are experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Our diverse clientele represents a broad range of backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, requiring a culturally responsive and individualized approach to care that respects each client's unique journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
