Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to determine patient needs.

• Collaborate with patients to design individualized treatment plans that consider personal goals, cultural influences, and unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapies in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions, utilizing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed and work alongside other healthcare professionals for seamless patient care continuity.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, equipping them with the tools necessary for effective mental health management.

• Participate in ongoing monitoring and outcome evaluations to assess treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to enhance therapy efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are in crisis or dealing with acute mental health issues, as well as those in the detoxification process. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
