Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patient mental health status when necessary, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other clinical tools.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and address the specific needs of the patient population.

• Employ evidence-based practices to continually assess patient progress, modifying interventions as needed to support mental health recovery.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at achieving desired outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to additional support services, establishing effective working relationships with external clinicians and agencies.
